Verusara School Partner Agreement Summary

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:

Revenue split: Donations are processed by Stripe. At the moment of each payment, Stripe sends 90% of the amount charged to your organization's connected account. Verusara keeps 10%, which also covers Stripe's card processing fees. Verusara never holds your funds.

Payouts: Stripe deposits your share to your bank account on its standard daily payout schedule, typically within two business days of each gift. Your first payout can take up to 7 days while Stripe verifies the new account.

Student data: Verusara does not collect, store, or process any student personally identifiable information. Students are beneficiaries of campaigns, never users of the platform.

Campaign use: Campaigns must be for legitimate school-related purposes. Verusara reserves the right to suspend campaigns that violate this requirement.

No contracts: Either party may discontinue the partnership at any time. Verusara will process and pay out all pending donations before account closure.

Fees: There are no setup fees, subscription fees, or upfront costs. Verusara's fee is taken only from processed donations.
